And just for the record an update of the linden-clump after the stryling-session ...
I wanted to have a more dense , wider and less high crownsilhoutte ...
`Hope you like, and never forget, ist had been just a clump designated for
the logpile with almost no branches on it ...

... No, not a windswept habitus at all.
The tree decided to go in a more conventional design ...
The carvings will be improved this winter-season ...

windswept_prunus_?

And just for the record an update of the prunus.
Transformation ... Hmm ... she decided to go for a kind of windswept design ...
The leafpads are too much pom-pom-like still.
This will change in autumn ...
Winterpics will be more convincing (hope so) ...

update_field_maple

This is how it went on with the fieldmaple (Acer campestre).
He is obviously doing very well. The leafs have this deep green colour
upon almost redish stems. This is how healthyness looks on this particular species.

The leafless pictures in Winter will be more interesting.
Ramification has developed nicely. In Autumn a total rewiring will be done
with an overhaul of the carving-sections.
The tachiagari is real cool (imho) ...


And here the old-man-arnie is put'n next to the tree as a size ratio ...
